The department provides specialized surgical care to the elective patients with vascular pathology. A full range of non-invasive and invasive investigations is performed to examine patients with vascular pathology. The staff performs the entire scope of surgical interventions in case of pathologies of the thoracic, abdominal aorta, brachiocephalic arteries, arteries of the lower extremities, and diseases of the veins.
At the same time, hybrid surgical interventions (combination of open surgical interventions with endovascular interventions) and endoprosthetics of the aorta and peripheral arteries with aneurysms were introduced and widely used in the department.
Annually about 2,500 patients are consulted, more than a thousand of them, if there are indications, are hospitalized to the department. The comfort conditions created in the department significantly increase the effectiveness of medical care and provide optimal conditions for recovery. All rooms are equipped with a TV, individual shower cabins, consoles with the possibility of constant monitoring of ECG, arterial pressure, respiratory function, body temperature, and calling the medical personnel.

In the department of cardiosurgery, all types of activities for the diagnostics and surgical treatment of coronary heart disease, diseases of the ascending region and the aortic arch, valvular, combined pathology and heart tumors are performed.
All patients are examined at a modern level: EchoCG examination, CT examination (if indicated), coronary angiography, stress tests for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
In 2014, the department introduced a unique technique of robotic-assisted CABS operation using the Da Vinci system. The hardest heart operations with the help of a DaVinci robot allow you to avoid large incisions, connect cardiopulmonary bypass and speed recovery.

The department provides emergency angio-surgical care to patients with acute and chronic vascular diseases of the limbs, head, visceral arteries and veins, aorta, and inferior vena cava. Emergency patients are admitted via ambulance with acute phlebological pathology.
In close cooperation with the Department of X-ray Surgical Diagnostic and Treatment Methods, in addition to researching vessels for diagnostic purposes (angiography and coronary angiography), X-ray surgical interventions are carried out to restore the impaired blood circulation in the peripheral and coronary arteries (stenting and angioplasty), implantation and removal of kava-filter, endoprosthetics of anemic aneves aorta and peripheral arteries.

Surgical Treatment of Rhythm Disturbances #55 opened in 2013. All modern methods of surgical treatment of complex heart rhythm disorders using high medical technologies have been introduced into the practice.
The CARTO III non-fluoroscopic treatment and diagnostic complex is widely used for the surgical treatment of complex heart rhythm disturbances, including atrial fibrillation with the possibility of 3D mapping. The cold cryoablation of CRIOCATH is used as a unique technique for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
Department of Emergency Cardiology #4
The Department provides highly specialized care to patients with acute forms of coronary heart disease, prevents the development of fatal complications, detects concomitant diseases at an early stage.
The Department actively cooperates with the Department of x-ray surgical methods of diagnosis and treatment, cardiovascular surgery, surgery of complex rhythm and rhythm disturbances, functional diagnostics, ultrasound diagnostics, x-ray diagnostics, laboratory diagnostics. Due to this, modern examination and treatment of patients with any form of coronary heart disease (CHD), primarily with acute forms, is carried out.
The average annual number of treated patients in the Department is 800 people, of them with acute myocardial infarction - about 500-600 patients a year.
Due to extensive experience, high medical and nursing skills (nurses have resuscitation skills), attentive attitude to patients, the staff of the Department has earned the sincere respect and gratitude of patients and hospital staff.
Employees of the Department take an active part in scientific conferences. Together with the Department conducted clinical reviews of the most interesting, difficult to diagnose cases, followed by publication in journals.

The Department of cardiology provides emergency and planned care to patients with acute heart disease (acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, heart rhythm disorders). The Department conducts examination and treatment of patients using modern methods of invasive and non-invasive diagnosis: differential diagnosis and treatment of patients with hypertension, heart rhythm disorders, heart disease, myocardial and pericardial pathology, progressive heart failure.
Also, the Department identifies patients for invasive methods of investigation and operative myocardial revascularization (various types of coronary bypass surgery, balloon angioplasty and stenting of the coronary arteries), patients with heart rhythm disorders for ex, patients with congenital and acquired heart defects for further surgical correction.
The Department uses various types of functional diagnostics: daily monitoring of ECG and blood pressure, Bicycle ergometry, treadmill test; high-tech methods of examination and treatment of patients are used: transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), coronary angiography.
